Charles Etukuri, Investigative journalist and Senior Writer at the The New Vision was on Tuesday 13th February 2017, picked up from his workplace by security operatives in military fatigues

This is believed to be in relation to his stories in the Saturday and Sunday Vision on the demise of a Finnish National at Pearl of Africa Hotel last week that pinpointed the involvement of security agents. His whereabouts are hitherto unknown.

We condemn this extrajudicial exercise and an end to such impunity where summons for questioning would have sufficed.
